Where do we store your information?
Your information is stored in our email client “Microsoft Outlook” for the purpose of communicating with you, this is only stored up until such time as your order is dispatched. The information you supply during the purchase process is stored in our website’s database, so that we can monitor stock control and maintain a record of your purchase for the purpose of delivery and returns.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Our website is encrypted and can be verified by clicking on the green padlock to the left of our website address, this also means that your information on our enquiry form is also encrypted.
All payments are processed through PayPal and not on our website. Information is encrypted during transmission between pages on our website and to PayPal. How long do we keep your information?
Information is maintained to provide on going support and the ability to arrange returns and refunds. In addition we keep record of purchases so that we can monitor stock control and recognise high purchase products. You have the right to request what information we have collected from you, how it is used, and request that is is either deleted or updated.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through you Web Browser (if you allow) that enables sites or service providers to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information.
Our website’s enquiry form uses the Google reCaptcha NID cookie to collect information for the purpose of verifying that the form has been completed by a human and not a robot. We use this to minimise spamming and to recognise legitimate enquiries from real people.
The NID cookie has a life span of 6 months, but can be removed if you clear your internet browser history including stored cookies.
We use Google Analytics to recognise products that are more popular than others and how visitors access our pages, so that we can continue to provide an enjoyable experience while you shop.
